- Is the contractor using preassembled panels, or are they building the fence with components?
- How deep will the contractor set the posts?
- Is the contractor using concrete to set the posts?
- Does the cost include staining or weatherproofing the fence?
- Does the contractor offer a warranty for the labor or materials?
- Do they require you to obtain a recent survey of your yard?
- Will they secure any necessary permits?
- Will they contact the utility companies and have all underground utilities marked?
- Will they assist with the paperwork if you need approval from your HOA?
- Will you be billed for the work, or do you have to pay upon completion of the job?
- Does the contractor accept credit cards?
